Ariana, Your blog is beautiful! So are your pictures. Thank you for sharing it with us. I know that sometimes it feels like all the days run together into an endless blur of mish-mash tedium. But even the best jobs feel like that sometimes. And ours, motherhood, is the best job of all! :) ((hugs)) Elizabeth
You need to watch the kids movie "UP". In it the lead guy learned that it was the 'mundane' everyday things that meant the most to his relationship with his wife. (They were unable to have kids)! I know it's hard to believe but these are the moments that are the memory makers. Never believe that what you do is unimportant or unappreciated. That said- it IS a never-ending dull task to repeat the same work day in and day out.
When I am feeling put out by laundry, shopping and housework I just ask myself, "What if Milo decided he was tired of supporting us?" That makes me want to serve better!
I am with you on that one! I try to mix things up a little when we get in a funk. I try to do something fun, or go somewhere we haven't been in a while, just to change it up a bit so we all don't go crazy!
My sweetie. He's 31 years old and we've been married 7 years!
Brooklyn
Brooklyn is my oldest at 6 years old. She is absolutely crazy, off the wall, and loud. She is also very loving and kind. To see what Brooklyn's doing in school this year click on "Curriculum 2010!" at the top of my blog.
Sierra
Sierra is 4 years old and my middle child. She is the sweetest little girl I've ever met. She is a true cuddle bug. Wants to be in my lap or at my side constantly. To see what Sierra's doing in school this year click on "Curriculum 2010!" at the top of my blog.
Payson
Payson's the baby of the family for now at 20 months old. He is a funny little guy who loves to cause trouble and cling to mommy. He has wheat and dairy allergies so I occasionally post gluten-free recipes I feed him.
